A leading talent at the municipal level in Xi'an City and an innovative talent under the Qin Chuangyuan Initiative, he formerly served as Deputy Chief Physician and Associate Professor in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Xijing Hospital, Fourth Military Medical University, and is a supervisor for master’s degree candidates. He is a key member of the Shaanxi Province Science and Technology Innovation Team, a reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a mentor for national training programs in interventional diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, and a specially appointed visiting professor at the International Academy of Heart Failure.
