On the afternoon of January 26, 2024, Guorui Company held a grand awards ceremony for 2023 and a gala celebration for 2024 titled “Unite Hearts and Strength, Together Create Brilliance” in the company’s conference room.

The annual meeting kicked off with the recognition of outstanding teams and exceptional employees. This year, we experienced flowers, applause, sweat, tears, sunny days, and turbulent storms. Throughout the year, guided by our goals and aspirations, we persevered with tenacity, steadily marching toward one victory after another! The company’s growth not only requires effective leadership but also relies heavily on the hard work and dedication of our outstanding employees.

They are diligent and dedicated, working tirelessly without complaint; they fulfill their duties conscientiously and persistently, working diligently and willingly making sacrifices. During the certification process, the Analysis and Testing Department team stepped up to the plate, proactively taking on significant responsibilities. Working around the clock and undaunted by any difficulty, they successfully completed the certification tasks with outstanding performance. 2023 The outstanding team members of the year are: Wang Tianqin, Yang Puyanzhi, Gao Xue, Liang Jin, Wang Wenting, and Chu Lujian.

  Outstanding Employee SMC Li Na is diligent, enthusiastic, and full of energy. While excelling in her job duties, she inspires others through her actions and personal strength. She takes on responsibilities with dedication and effort, willingly accepts challenging assignments, and consistently approaches her work with a strong sense of responsibility, faithfully and conscientiously completing every task assigned to her.

Throughout the entire gala, Li Na quietly remained busy at her post.

Yang Puyan, an outstanding employee in the Analysis and Testing Department, has been diligent, responsible, proactive, and down-to-earth since joining the company three years ago. While holding herself to high standards, she also actively takes on other tasks assigned by her superiors. She fosters unity among her colleagues, offering mutual support, sharing technical expertise, and guiding newcomers as they grow together.

One harvest for one effort—diligent sowing will surely yield abundant fruits. The outstanding employees, while reaping their rewards, have undoubtedly poured in hard work and sweat, making them worthy of everyone’s shared learning.

Behind every person’s success lie platforms, guidance, inclusiveness, responsibility, and the inspiring teachings of relentless perseverance. General Manager Su Lai willingly plays the role of a supportive “green leaf,” serving others wholeheartedly and making selfless contributions to the team. When an employee makes a mistake, he says, “It’s okay”—and then he takes charge of resolving the issue, demonstrating his commitment to bearing responsibility for everyone. When an employee faces a challenge, he reassures them, “It’s okay—you’ll grow; the company is here to nurture you.” This shows that he’s investing in their personal growth and development. It’s truly an honor for employees to have such a leader at Guorui. General Manager Su’s passionate and powerful speech has infused everyone with renewed energy, filling the hearts of Guorui members with confidence in the future.

The first act to perform at the gala is... The beautiful team from the Clinical Pathology Department—whose dance performance of “Good Fortune Is Coming Your Way”—brings forth a powerful sense of joy and good fortune, radiating youthfulness and vitality, as if they’ve truly brought good luck right into the venue.

 

The motherland is a lyrical poem; the motherland is a landscape painting. The motherland embodies a fervent, sincere, and noble emotion deeply rooted in our hearts. When we stand before our great motherland, we can’t help but silently shout from the depths of our souls: “I love you, motherland!” The violin solo “I Love You, China,” performed by Chief Engineer Huang Lehui, brought heartfelt comfort to everyone present, as its exquisite notes conveyed our genuine innermost feelings.

 

Gratitude is a way of life, a noble virtue, and a heartfelt emotion that lingers in the hearts of everyone who never forgets the kindness others have shown us. Our lives are rarely smooth sailing. When we face setbacks and failures, when we’re confronted with danger and hardship, there are always those who extend a warm hand of help to us—guiding us through adversity and leading us toward success. How could we possibly fail to feel deeply grateful? We are grateful to our parents for giving us life; we are grateful to our leaders for their guidance and tolerance; and we are thankful to our colleagues for providing us with warmth and support. Let us all cultivate a heart full of gratitude. The sign language dance “A Heart Full of Gratitude,” presented by the Comprehensive Management Department, perfectly captures the feelings of every employee present: We are grateful for the mutual help, support, and encouragement we’ve shared with one another; we are grateful for the journey we’ve taken together; we are grateful for the beautiful moments we’ve encountered along the way. At the same time, we’re also grateful for the turbulent times and the opportunities and challenges we’ve faced—each experience has enabled us to break free from our cocoons, transform into butterflies, and become even more radiant and wonderful.

Qin Opera is a national intangible cultural heritage. Its performance artistry is simple, rugged, and bold, characterized by exaggerated expressions, a strong sense of everyday life, and rich technical skills. Sister Du’s singing allowed everyone to savor the charm of Qin Opera up close.

Various games and multiple prize-drawing sessions were interspersed throughout the gala. Among them, "Treasure Hunt Mania" brought the festive atmosphere to a climax. 8 According to the game rules, each participating member must find and collect the following items—within five minutes—both on and off stage: a “Fu” character, an ID card, glasses, pure white hair, lipstick, and a belt (not your own). 5 A bunch of the above keys, the leader’s signature and blessing, and socks. 1 Only (not counting your own), shoes 1 Only (not including one's own). On this beautiful evening, in this joyous moment of togetherness, we’ve all come together once again to celebrate another milestone in our colleague’s life—filled with sweetness, smiles, warmth, and heartfelt blessings. As the cake was brought onto the stage for the birthday celebrant, applause, cheers, and shouts of joy poured forth in her direction. Teacher Zhang, the head of the organization, presented the birthday employee with a lovely gift and offered the sincerest and warmest wishes.

Today, we’ve gathered here together, filling this place with laughter and joy. Today, we’ve come together to enjoy a truly spectacular performance. We laugh and feel proud of today, and we’ll keep striving and pursuing our dreams for tomorrow. Looking through the window, we see a beautiful scene: blessings fluttering around, hearts deeply connected. Only with love can we truly appreciate it; only with sincerity can we cherish it.
