As the year draws to a close and spring approaches, we’re in the thick of our攻坚 efforts. The final sprint for December has already begun. This is the first time that Xixian New Area Guorui Yinuo Drug Safety Evaluation and Research Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guorui Yinuo”) has shared with everyone via its official WeChat account the practical integration of Party building and business operations. The company wants everyone to see that the spirit of policies is never just a distant slogan—it’s a down-to-earth guide deeply rooted in the laboratory, empowering every single piece of research. As a drug safety evaluation institution in Shaanxi Province that has obtained OECD GLP international accreditation, we are deeply committed to the field of non-clinical drug safety evaluation and one-stop R&D services for veterinary drugs (preclinical + clinical). With the responsibility of being a “safety gatekeeper,” we provide robust support for innovation in the biopharmaceutical industry.
To ensure that learning outcomes build upon each other in a stepwise manner, the Party branch of Guorui Yinuo had already planned ahead for the learning arrangements. Through its official WeChat account, it published an article titled “Guided by the Spirit of the Plenary Session—Now Is the Right Time to Sprint Toward Drug Safety,” and organized party members and all employees to engage in preparatory study, thereby laying a solid ideological foundation for the in-depth discussions at this conference.

During the meeting, all Party members engaged in concentrated study of relevant content from Volume V of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" and the article titled "Promoting the Development of Innovative Drugs and Medical Devices through Efficient and Strict Regulation," taking turns to lead the study sessions and providing interpretations of key points. Through this process, they gained a profound understanding of the new concepts, new ideas, and new strategies for state governance embodied in these materials, thereby genuinely enhancing their political and practical awareness in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities. This also helped them further clarify the development direction for enterprises—focusing precisely on targeted efforts and ensuring compliant operations—and strengthened the sense of responsibility among Party members and cadres to leverage their positions and contribute to the high-quality development of the industry.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Su Lai, Secretary of the Party Branch, delivered a concluding speech. He emphasized that the key remarks on “self-reliance and self-strengthening in science and technology” and “high-quality development” contained in Volume V of “Xi Jinping: The Governance of China” precisely align with the requirements put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee—namely, “strict regulation plus support for innovation.” These remarks are closely aligned with the core business of the company’s drug safety evaluation and pesticide registration testing.
