Xixian New Area Guorui Yinuo Drug Safety Evaluation and Research Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guorui Yinuo") was established in November 2018 and is located in the Free Trade Pilot Zone of Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, China.
Guo Rui Yinuo is a third-party safety evaluation research institution dedicated to human and veterinary pharmaceuticals. We offer a one-stop service covering personalized protocol design, drug screening, pharmacodynamic studies, pharmacokinetic studies, safety evaluations, and clinical trial sample analysis. We also provide services such as veterinary clinical research and safety evaluations of new chemical entities. The GLP system established by our institution complies with the regulatory requirements of the FDA, OECD, NMPA, and MOA. Our reports meet both domestic and international submission requirements.
The company’s laboratory has a total floor area of approximately 7,500 square meters, of which 2,100 square meters are dedicated to animal facilities (with the following maximum capacity: SPF-grade—10,000 mice, 8,000 rats, and 800 guinea pigs; conventional-grade—2,500 guinea pigs, 700 rabbits, 300 dogs/monkeys, and 300 small pigs). The functional laboratories and ancillary facilities cover an area of 5,400 square meters. Currently, the laboratory is equipped with 450 pieces of instrumentation, including liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry systems, high-performance liquid chromatographs, flow cytometers, PCR machines, fluorescence microscopes, combined multi-concentration animal oral and nasal exposure systems, and inhalation anesthesia machines for animals. We have established experimental platforms covering cell evaluation, genotoxicology, analytical testing, reproductive toxicology, inhalation toxicology, and clinical pathology.
