On February 27, 2023, the Airport New City in Xixian New Area held the 2022 Policy Implementation Conference for High-Quality Development of the Airport-Related Economy, during which 139 enterprises that have made outstanding contributions to the high-quality economic and social development of the airport area were recognized. Shaanxi Guorui Xin Chuang Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the “High-Tech Enterprise Award.”
Guorui Xinchuang is an independent, third-party clinical preclinical safety evaluation research institution for medical devices. It is currently the largest and most powerful medical device safety evaluation organization in Northwest China, primarily providing product safety evaluation services to R&D companies developing Class II and Class III medical devices. As a crucial intermediate link in the transformation of innovative medical devices from the innovation chain to the industrial chain, medical device safety evaluation research plays a vital role in facilitating the integration and interaction between the innovation chain and the industrial chain in the life sciences sector under the Qin Chuangyuan initiative, and holds significant value for the development of the province’s life sciences industry.
Guo Rui Xin Chuang obtained the “License for the Use of Experimental Animals” issued by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology in March 2021. It is the first medical device preclinical evaluation laboratory in our province to operate under GLP standards, and is currently actively applying for GLP certification for medical devices. Guo Rui Xin Chuang currently holds 6 software copyrights and was awarded the High-Tech Enterprise Certificate in July 2022.
