Xixian New Area Guorui Yinuo Drug Safety Evaluation and Research Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guorui Yinuo") is a third-party testing organization that provides product safety evaluation services to R&D companies in the pharmaceutical, pesticide, veterinary drug, food, and other industries, both domestically and internationally. Its business primarily focuses on preclinical safety evaluation of drugs, while also covering drug screening, pharmacological and pharmacodynamic studies, drug metabolism, clinical trial sample analysis, and safety evaluations of chemicals, food, cosmetics, and other products.

The company has also obtained national GLP (Good Laboratory Practice for Non-Clinical Studies) certification, becoming Shaanxi’s first—and currently the only—laboratory to achieve GLP accreditation. This milestone further elevates Shaanxi Province’s capabilities in drug R&D, its pharmaceutical industry’s independent innovation capacity, and the quality of drug research, thereby filling a critical gap in Shaanxi’s biopharmaceutical industrial chain. As the head of the laboratory, Zhang Le reflected on the entire process of applying for and establishing the lab, deeply moved by the experience.
Zhang Le has been engaged in GLP work for 13 years, with a primary focus on reproductive and genetic toxicology studies—as well as GLP system development—in the fields of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and chemicals. She boasts extensive work experience. She has directly participated in the implementation and certification of domestic GLP systems, the establishment and certification of international GLP systems, and the GLP program under the Dutch Ministry of Health in the OECD member country of the Netherlands. She has also been involved in mutual recognition efforts between the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). She has published numerous papers to date. 4 SCI articles published abroad ， More than 10 articles published in core domestic journals. ， Undertake Genotoxic and Reproductive Toxicity Assessments of Nearly 100 Pharmaceuticals, Pesticides, and Chemicals , directly involved National Science and Technology Support Program Project: "Zebrafish Embryonic Teratogenicity Test" Possessing strong professional competence, innovative thinking, development potential, and industry influence, she serves as the head of the Guorui Yinuo GLP Laboratory and is fully responsible for the laboratory’s application and certification processes.
